Could it be that we don't have the same taste in movies? There's also the possibility that I just didn't "get" the movie. I've even gone as far as to give certain "classics" a low rating if I didn't enjoy them! While I can appreciate that certain movies were enjoyed by a lot of people, that doesn't mean that I have to like them as well. Top of page Q: How come you don't have more Canadian films rated? A: I'm ashamed to say that I don't get to see a lot of Canadian movies. For one, they're not as common as American movies. Also, they tend to be shown in fewer venues, and for a shorter amount a time. However, whenever I hear good "buzz" about a Canuck movie, I try to make a point of seeing it, be it in theatres or on video. Top of page Q: How come you haven't rated [INSERT MOVIE TITLE HERE]? However, I've had a deep love of movies for as long as I can remember, and I also enjoy sharing this passion with others. That's why I consider myself to be an amateur movie critic.
